About this playbook

Written by practitioners, for practitioners.

This Playbook is written for school and district leaders and innovative educators who want to reimagine what school looks like in service of a vision for learning that empowers every learner to know who they are, thrive in community, and engage in the world as their best selves. The Learner-Centered Collaborative team is honored to work with hundreds of such educators and their communities each year to redesign their school structures, and it is a core part of our nonprofit mission to share what we've learned from that work with the entire education field.

We hope this Playbook can provide the inspiration and confidence to implement meaningful and sustainable learner-centered change in your system by rethinking learning experience design in the classroom and the systems and structures in which your schools operate.
