School redesign is a complex, ongoing process that happens in three non-linear phases: Pre-Planning, Design and Plan, and Implement and Iterate.
Through the redesign process, schools become dynamic places of learning where teams are always iterating and improving, responding to community feedback and, most importantly, learner needs. It's an open loop that is simply the learning community's way of being.
Redesign also has different entry points. It could look like starting an entirely new school, transforming an existing campus, or launching a new program. No matter the size or scale of the redesign, following this three-phase process will ensure your community is aligned and motivated to make bold changes.
